Workshop: Social media marketing

This workshop will be held in Shahid Beheshti University at 3th January, 2019 as a pre-conference event. in this workshop that took 6 hours, participants will learn the principles of doing social media marketing and will learn the practices of doing social media marketing.

Dr Nick Hajli is an Associate Professor of Marketing and Director of Postgraduate Research at Swansea University. Previously he was in Newcastle University.  Nick received his PhD in Management from Birkbeck, University of London. He has the best PhD award from Birkbeck, University of London. Nick is in the Advisory Board of Technological Forecasting & Social Change, An International Journal (ABS 3*). He also sits on the editorial board of several academic journals as a section editor, member of the advisory board or a guest editor including the Computers in Human Behavior, IEEE Transactions on Engineering Management, International Journal of Information Management, and Journal of Strategic Marketing.

His active research areas are social media and social commerce, marketing ethics, consumer decision making in a social commerce context, Big data analytics and healthcare development.  His research has appeared in the top 20 journals used in Business School Research Rankings.  He has also published on refereed journals such as Journal of Business Ethics, Journal of Business Research, Industrial Marketing Management, IEEE Transactions on Engineering Management, Expert Systems with Applications, Technological Forecasting and Social Change, and other journals.

Workshop: Sustainable leadership

This workshop transfers recent German experiences in industrial leadership and to overcome with challenges in adopting with new technologies such as internet of things, big data, 5G. the main objective is to teach how to lead the organizational changes to survive in highly competitive business environment. this workshop also will be conducted as distance learning for international participants.

Prof.Dr. Wilfried Mödinger is a professor of marketing and management in Stuttgart Media University.
In 2008, he founded the Institute of Sustainable Leadership at the Steinbeis University of Berlin with a Management Executive Board for Sustainable Management and Sustainable Leadership. He also holds numerous international professorships including:Faculty member of IBR, School of Executive Management, SteinbeisHochschule Berlin, Focusing on Marketing in the MBA program in Eastern Europe;Visiting professor at the Universidad de las America, Puebla, Mexico;Visiting Professor at Welingkar Management Institute, Mumbai, India;Assoc. Professor at DaVinci Institute, Johannesburg, South Africa. Prof. Dr. WilfriedMödinger is accredited in Bonn (FIBAA) at the International Foundation of the leading associations of the German, Austrian and Swiss economies.

Workshop: Branding

In this workshop, some techniques of branding will be presented. the main audiences of this workshop are the brand managers of product and service providers. some successful cases will be shown and participants will practice some group works.

Dr. Pantea Foroudi (PhD, MSc, MA, BA) is Programme Leader (MA, e-Marketing and Social Media) and Lecturer in Marketing and Branding at The Middlesex Business School. Prior to joining Middlesex in August 2015, she was Senior Lecturer in Business Management and Undergraduate Course Director at The Claude Littner Business School, University of West London. She also has held academic positions at London International College of Business and Technology (LIBT), Brunel University London and lecturer at Azad University and Al-Zahra University, Tehran, IRAN. In addition, Pantea has several years of experience of working in marketing, design, advertising and market research firms and has conducted research projects in UK, Dubai and Iran
